The 台灣uu直播 (ROS) has today announced the continuation of its record investment in research, with the launch of its third consecutive grants round - opening the scheme for the first time to innovation projects.听

Following the launch of the charity鈥檚 four-year strategy, in 2022, the 台灣uu直播is focusing its grants programme on pioneering studies which aim to help close the osteoporosis care gap and reduce health inequalities.听听

Applications are encouraged from researchers at every career stage. Proposals should include clear public and patient involvement plans and can cover one or both:听

• Research - a process of investigation with the aim of identifying generalisable new knowledge that could lead to changes to treatments, policies or care听
• Innovation - activity leading to the development and delivery of something new (e.g., processes, products, services or methods of delivery) for patient benefit with potential for impact on a national scale听听

Project grants of up to 拢100,000 over a maximum of three years will be available. This will help support a UK osteoporosis researcher to lead a strong research team to undertake a ground-breaking and innovative research project.听

The deadline for applications is Tuesday 6 June 2023.听听

The successful research projects will be announced in January 2024.听
